This glazed ham with apricots will add a sweet touch to your Christmas table. When you mix apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, and warm spices together, you get a tasty glaze that makes the ham more tender.

Ingredients: 1 bone-in fully cooked ham 8-10 pounds. 1 cup apricot preserves. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon ground cloves. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Whole cloves for garnish optional.

Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 325F 163C. To roast the ham, put it in a pan with the cut side down. Put apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg in a saucepan and set it over medium-low heat. Mix the ingredients together and stir them in until the preserves melt. Spread half of the apricot glaze all over the ham, making sure to get into all the cracks. You can add whole cloves to the ham to make it taste better if you want to. Cover the ham and bake it in a preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140F 60C. Every 30 minutes, baste the ham with the rest of the apricot glaze. Take the ham out of the oven when it's done and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting it. Put the ham slices with the Christmas Apricot Glaze on a festive platter and drizzle any extra glaze over the top. This tasty ham should be the main dish at your Christmas dinner.

This Coca-Cola Ham will make your holiday meal more interesting. It has a tasty glaze made of Coke, brown sugar, and a mix of spices. The end result is a juicy, flavorful ham that will make your Easter, Christmas, or other holiday party better.

Ingredients: 1 spiral-cut ham 7-9 lbs. 1 cup Coca-Cola. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup whole-grain mustard. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon ground cloves. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.

Put the ham in a hot oven and cover it with foil. Bake for an hour, basting it with the glaze every 20 minutes. Once you take off the foil, bake for another 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140F 60C. Before taking it out of the oven, baste it one more time. Before cutting the Coca-Cola Ham, let it rest for 15 minutes. This Coke Glazed Ham makes a festive and tasty center piece for your Easter, Christmas, or holiday table.
