After a decade long abusive relationship, I left my husband for good. I realized if I wanted to grow to become the most ancient trans person anyone's ever seen, I had to save myself. My plan was to get him committed, maybe even arrested depending on what happened. But my daughter, who is not on Tumblr, stopped it from happening, and made me leave my own house.

I am sleeping extremely temporarily on @sigilwitch couch, I have no money of my own, because I'm disabled. So, if anyone can buy a tarot reading, or donate through my Ko-Fi I'd be eternally grateful. I'm very proud of myself but I have no idea what I'm going to do. I just moved across country I barely know anyone.

Leaving abusive patterns is hard, man, it'll feel like your life is ruined, but GOD yesterday was my liberation day and I just have to figure out how do I build from here?

it's really alienating for me as a disabled transfem of colour when i see countless people defend white trans people who have been racist, sexist, ableist (or any other discrimination types) all because they're trans.

you (the people who do this) need to stop being so afraid to call out bad people when they happen to be a minority. you aren't transphobic if you call out the horrible comments/actions someone has done. you can still respect their name/pronouns and gender while doing so.

it's so tiring seeing people water down a situation that's "this person said horrible racist/ableist things to many people" to "they're trans and got in trouble!! those transphobes never stop!" you are making trans poc and disabled people feel unsafe, like we can't speak up. we already have so many expectations and standards to reach because of the discrimination we face on top of being trans. we have to walk on egg shells, we have watch our tone, we have to sugarcoat stories, we can't be too mean, too loud, too upset. it's just.. silence.

hiya so long story short i’ve fled from america to the uk, i am currently homeless staying with my girlfriend. i’m ronni, i suffer from c-ptsd as a result of lifelong abuse from my family members and will, unfortunately, always need to live with them so long as i live in america. i can’t exactly put it in a simple or kinder way, my existence has been absolutely miserable, and this is my last shot at survival. my relatives have already promised to kill me, institutionalize me, or have me arrested countless times, every single time just for speaking back to them about how they have treated me.

we’ve been trying to get me out of the country and away from my abusive family for a little over a year now, our last option now being the spousal visa. callie explains the problem a bit clearer on the page, but, i am not employable in my circumstances, callie has been job searching, and she has set up a gofundme for us to help us meet the financial requirements for the visa. it would be literally lifesaving if you could donate or share this post. thankyousomuch
