FLEX 💪🏼 FRIDAY ....................... Happy Friday Everyone. How was you week? Mine? 🤷♀️ So glad to-see the weekend Do you ever have those weeks where the hits just keep coming? When your like—-life I’m good—no need to add more. Well, for me this week was one of those weeks. Just general life stuff, plus my 3 year old getting stitches 🧵 (which never makes them or the mom) feel very good. A little mishap at daycare. My other son he is bordering on expert level when it comes to stitches. Speaking of stitching, still in #prepmode #prepmeals mode for the @toprosupershow which is 4 short weeks away. This week was a particularly challenging one, and I can understand and appreciate how easy it would be to just eat off plan as a ‘relief/comfort’ from all the hits However it takes no more time to get the good stuff than the bad, and self sabotaging myself is not going to make this week’s events any better—and obviously make me unprepared to hit the stage We do what we can, and make up those trainings when we can.
