As a stubborn, sensitive, and rebellious child, I was considered wrong or broken. Difficult. Wayward. Troubled.
But I was only doing what children do: discovering themselves as a separate human being, searching for a place among their community, finding themselves within themselves.
Sam: Are you having another depressive episode?
Bucky: A depressive episode?
Bucky: I'm having a depressive series and we're just on season one.
Having a nsfw sideblog means I’ll never not picture Drarry in multiple scenarios while curating my reblogs 💀
We need a self-care routine to ensure we are our best for ourselves and others. Here are 134 self-care activities from GoodTherapy.org to add to your plan.
This whole week has been about Self-Care, some ideas, what it can look like, so I think it’s fitting to end this with a list of 134 activities to be considered. I’ve done my best to give an overview of what self-care can look like, but if you need more specific examples to help you, then here it is!
I hope that you are on a good path to figuring out what is going to help you best, and implementing these daily, and as needed, both.

How do I know if counseling is the right line of work for me? I am introverted and have some social anxiety, so I'm afraid I'll never know the right thing to say to someone. Does this feeling go away?
You gotta make that call for yourself. I’m pretty introverted. Days I see four or more clients, I’m basically reduced to grunting and glaring by the time I get home so if being able to do a lot after work is important to you - you might want to explore the how of the work. Do you social anxiety? Have you been in treatment? Will saying something wrong shatter you? Clients have reactions and feelings - are you okay with that without having to fix? Are you in therapy? Can you be okay with fucking up and improving? Ask these questions and get a better sense for yourself.
Truth is that there is never a clear cut right or wrong thing to say*. There is no perfect. You might stick that landing, feel great about it, and end up triggering the client because you didn’t know they were raped, or they have intense body dysmorphia and talking about periods is a problem or he feels guilty about something you don’t know. And you can’t make it about you - how awful you feel, etc and you have to be able to own what’s yours and what’s not while helping the client process it. You can freak or get panicky - internally. It’s not about your reaction. It’s about the clients.
* I always say this but I’m not counting the big fuck ups here - if you are coming into the profession to hurt people kindly show yourself out. So no intentional -ism and unlearning all those privileges is work - and you’ll fuck up. And feel like you’ll die from embarrassment. And get back up and try again and do better.

Endgame on low budget 🤣🤣🤣
Found this gem on IG. Possibly one of the best (and craziest) reimagining of Endgame
