Martha May Whovier— while not having defined intersex traits— is implied to be hypopubescent (link) due to not have a typical post-pubescent Who nose, as shown by the Mayor saying that Cindy Lou "hasn't even grown into her nose yet".
The Grinch has hyperandrogenism, being made fun of for being hairy at a young age; (allegedly) his mother seemed to be about to call him a "nice boy" before going with a nice "whatever he was".

A brand new headcanon blog we made for I4I (intersex for intersex) headcanons.
Our main blog is @/saros-system. We mostly go by they/them and shi/hir.
We will mostly post our own OTPs that we headcanon as intersex for intersex and accept any submissions you have for your I4I ships! For now the submissions are through the ask box, until we can figure out a Google form for them.
The submission should include names of all the characters involved, the media they are from and preferably some (non-AI) pictures of them, especially all in the same picture, type of relationship (more platonic, romantic, intimate, etc.) and if you want, some additional details or reasoning for your headcanons!
And tell us if you want to be tagged on your submissions!
