INTP Confession #15

I just realised that in several times, my friends notice about me had something (like, crush) for someone like waaaay faster than I did. They oftenly said nothing until i started to realise it.

And I just know that I may liked that someone for a few months after it started. And my friends knew it from the very first I talked about this someone to them. Am I that unsensitive? Or were I just denied my feelings all those time(?)

INxP Confession

I have three identities in me and I totally do not have MPD (or DID). Lol I have depression and anxiety, but here’s how I see it. These identities represent myself, my mind, and my brain.

My brain is the sickly, elderly grandparent telling my mind what to do. And my mind is my very confused, abusive parent trying to tell me what to do. And I, myself, wish I could ignore them both, but I’m worried sick for my grandparent. I approach with caution but never know what to do, believing I’ll cause more harm than good.

This is what it truly means to be stuck in a closed-off space you’re too afraid to get out of. It’s claustrophobic.

Have you ever been so self conscious and concerned about your word choice when texting and totally reconstructed a sentence because you said one of the same words like “then” about a paragraph ago lol- oh my goat I just said “and” 2 times right now.. I am currently smad with myself.

INTP Confession #5

I'm not generally sensitive and I usually remain level-headed even under severe pressure, but, every now and then (about once or twice a year), a wave of emotion just rolls over me and completely OBLITERATES me. My heart literally feels like it's bleeding and I feel like a raw nerve exposed to the world. Every stimulus, every thought, every feeling is just ...too much, too big, too complex for my tiny brain and even tinier heart to comprehend. It's scary. Enormously scary. And I feel the aftermath for months. It's as if a hurricane swept through me and I need to rebuild myself better and better every time.
