This mornings practice is about giving myself permission to succeed. I realized there are so many more permissions I need to give myself to succeed. I need the permission to fail, to laugh it off, and to get back up and keep going. I need permission let go of the things that usually hold me back: I'm so chubby after the holidays and too afraid to be seen. I'm not as sexy as the other yogis. I only want to be seen at my best.
