start a journal of your own practice and UPG. not a log, though that is very useful – but it should already be part of your practice if it's been a few years.
instead, keep a journal into your own insights. little "aha" moments that click different things into place. don't just jot those down, include what made you realize and what is your plan to do with that information. it can be very brief, its the long-term collection of this that can be incredibly affirming to look back on.

I've been working on a special something lately. An official Sul'voth ritual sigil for use by any who wish, and the subject of a recent post.
This sigil design will be customizable depending on what runes and energies the practitioner desires to work with. I'll only be posting a smaller description on here, and hoping to hold out for more thorough uses and explanations in a future book on Sul'voth tradition.
The English term “witch,” for which there are a variety of equivalents in ancient languages, although none of them exact, refers to a practitioner of magic arts, usually female. It has acquired a starkly negative tone that best designates stereotyped fantasies of women's magical practices rather than how women actually employed magic to protect and heal their families.
