Reasons why they would fight:
Watchdog doesn't have a reason to fight MM!Ford, who already doesn't have a Stan anymore because he destroyed his original dimension; so Watchdog isn't trying to rehome any Stan's from or worse, to MM!Ford. I could see them at the very least having beef or not liking each other on principle.
Watchdog already doesn't like most Ford alts, and he especially hates the ones who killed their Stan. Meanwhile, MM!Ford thinks he's the best Ford variant in the multiverse, so he'd by default see Watchdog as below him.
BUT, MM!Ford is also stated to hate/blame The Axolotl for what happened to his dimension. And Watchdog works for the Axolotl, so I can see that as a point of contention.
I think Megalomanic Ford does have god-like power though, and while Watchdog is biologically enhanced and has futuresight, it's not like he could fight a Bill Cipher without some prep work first.
And to do this fight, Watchdog would have to temporarily gain diety level status. How would he do that? Well...

My first chapter of Odysseus and Circe story finally is out!
Scenes inspired by the Odyssey.
Odysseus contemplating on rumors about Medea was inspired by the differences between Euripides's plays and some other myths. Some say Medea killed her children and others that the Corinthians did. I made Odysseus basically hearing versions and rumors to the story and not being certain which one is true
Hermes's behavior was inspired by depictions such as Cheshire Cat aka the ominous feeling but also a bit more of a helping hand
The depictions of Olympian Gods have some sort of iridescent feeling on their skin is my idea and I used it in other stories such as "Gone with the Wind" as well as the chapter of my Achillochus anthology "Lament and War" at the 4th chapter "Kynaeon Asma"
Hermes repeating himself was inspired by the homeric habit of having repetitive lyrics as well as the creepy feeling of repetition in some horror movies.
I hc that Demeter kids can grow and harvest moly bc where the flower can’t be harvested by mortals bc it’ll kill them, the gods can harvest it and the divinity in Demeter kids tied specifically to the earth protects their mortal half from being killed when they harvest the flower
hi, i just finished Circe by madeline Miller, and im gonna make it my personality for months. anyways here are some warrior penelope hcs inspired by it (Circe saga edition)
- when ctimene comes back and tells pen about the "monster", and then goes "..a woman." Pen's first reaction is basically "oh does she perchance wanna join our fleet" because a witch is very useful yk, and the description of Circe is just badass.
- wouldn't you like is a little bit different. I don't really want to change Hermes, because he's the one who gives Odysseus the moly in the Odyssey, HOWEVER! I think that it would be cool to have Iris help her too, as she's a messenger too and bla bla and I already saw this around. So the song is not about Hermes trying to give Pen drugs, but its about WHO gets to give her their very special thing, Hermes or Iris. So a lot of the song and scene would be a duet/roast battle between them trying make Penelope choose. I like to think that they know each other pretty well considering the amount of "im sorry for cheating" messages Zeus had to send to Hera through Hermes who then gave them to Iris, messenger of Hera. There's this playful rivalry between them. ALSO. Hermes has "darling", Iris has "sweetheart".
- in done for, Circe was actually expecting a man, so when Penelope the boss of the fleet comes, she's surprised and actually offers to teach her magic (as one of her tricks and pen sees right through it? Or no?), but Penelope just wants her men back so they still fight.
- there are other ways is just the same. Even rocks are charmed by Circe.
