#transformationtuesday is showing the progress of my client @jay.l3a gaining muscle and staying lean. How many ingredients would you expext there to be in a chicken, pasta and tomator bake? Here is why I going forward i will be ordering the vegetarian meals on planes or nothing at all. # In my opinion a chicken, pasta and tomatoes bake should have at maximum 5-6 ingredients. Making some progress again. Been a little slack of late... Calories are up, carbs are up, training intensity is up and fat is coning down. I'm shooting for 2200 clean calories a day (which is a lot of food). Not working on iifym just good clean food with 1 cheat meal a week. Not a whole cheat day.
