Vegan Thai Peanut Curry Recipe

wait, I forgot to post about the chicken peanut curry I made last night! I sautéed the chicken and bell pepper and green onion, and then made the peanut chutney mostly from scratch with garlic and onions and peanut butter and pad thai sauce. I used most of my spice cupboard to make this (ginger and cumin and basil and paprika and cayenne and-)

personally I wanted it to be a lot hotter/spicier but my family doesn't like super spicy food so I had to tone it down a little for them lol but it was still really yummy!
