I need some advice

So I found out that some of my friends are self harming and I don’t know the best way to help them because I really want them to stop doing it, but I realise that it is a coping mechanism and sometimes an addiction. Also every time I tell one of my friends that she should stop, she gets mad at me and now she just avoids the topic.

I want whats best for them but I don’t know how to best help them.

one of my other friends told me that he recently tried sh and I don’t know what to do or Whats the best advice yk give other than just telling him to stop.

If anyone has any advice it would greatly help

Everytime I (try) to stay clean wether because Im too lazy to harm myself or because Im actually trying to get better for once I always get suicide thoughts/urges. When I relapse or give up they usually go away or get way less.

I kinda get why I feel like this cuz self harm is a coping mechanism and without it I feel anxious and irritated,, but I dont even feel guilty when I relapse because I felt even worse and more guilty when I was clean. I just hate it so much

Ig being clean makes me suicidal?? Not that I never have these thoughts when Im not clean, but they are just very rare and mild tbh
