Dinner tonight 😋 Grilled Swordfish My plate lacked salt bc no olives on it. RECIPE: Equal parts olive oil, white wine, and lemon juice, here about a third cup each. About a half tsp each of cumin, sweet paprika, and coriander. 6 chopped garlic cloves, a splash of juice from the kalamata olive jar (this addssodium, skip this for using tamari or soy sauce), and some chopped dill. Soak in marinade about 20 minutes. Heat grill. Remove from marinade ad salt and pepper if desired, place on hot grill.. Cook 5 to 6 minutes on 1st side, flip, cook 3 to 4 minutes the 2nd side. Remove from grill, plate, garnish with crumbled feta, kalamataolive slices, & dill!
