TMNT: INVERSE - AN ANIMATED FOOT CLAN AU!

WHAT IS INVERSE?

Inverse is a fully animated 2D TMNT project based on the concept “what if Splinter and the turtles were a part of the Foot Clan?”

WHAT IS THE SHOW ABOUT?

Leo, Donnie, Mikey and Raph inadvertently change their lives by sneaking out to steal from a bookstore- starting the collapse of their dysfunctional family and beginning a course to the end of the world.

WHERE WILL EPISODES BE AVAILABLE?

Episodes will be available on YouTube. Currently the show is in production so no episodes are available yet.

In TMNT: Inverse, Aikawa Yoshi aka Splinter was raised to be the Foot Clan leader. As Leader, when he and the turtles were mutated, Splinter raised them to be Foot Clan ninjas.

Inverse is a 2D animated series that is currently being worked on, that follows the story of these four teenage mutant Foot ninja turtles.

TMNT: Inverse is an original TMNT iteration project that is being made into an animated series. In this story, Splinter and the turtles are a part of the Foot Clan.

Hey! Saw you're using she/her for Leo in one of the posts. Are they nb? Trans? Pronouns check for the turtles lmao?

Also I love the designs of the turtles!! Especially Leo's little cat-ear hood

Thank you so much for asking! Leo is actually nonbinary, as well as Donnie and Mikey.

- Donnie: He/They

In the script, Splinter uses and is referred to as he/him, but out of canon, we use any pronouns for her. He haven’t realized he’s nonbinary yet.

TMNT: Inverse was created with the intention of creating diversity, since the TMNT fandom is such a diverse place in itself! There are a lot of canonically trans, disabled, and queer characters, so you might see some representation you don’t expect. We’re always open to input.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - TMNT INVERSE

Hello, fans of Inverse! Creator speaking. I know it's been quite some time since the last update. Life has been hard, and with the election of Trump and the senate of my state, I am in a position where I can no longer support the artists with my own funding.

However, by no means does this mean I plan to give up on Inverse. At a time like this, we need to spread queer, POC, and disabled joy. We need hope, and we need to be seen. Now is the time for representation, because I want the minorities affected by this to know that when we stick together as a community, we are strong. This is why I plan to continue Inverse as a passion project.
