Introducing my new superhero character: Ray-Ray Rabbit!

While filling in for a friend as a lab assistant, nerdy trans girl Rachel Reece is bitten by a radioactive rabbit. She is given increased speed and agility, can leap to great heights, and has grown rabbit ears that she'll need to hide under a hat to protect her secret identity.

With June almost ending, I really wanted to draw a fanart of "Alters" by Paul Jenkins and Leila Leiz, a lovely comic I've read for pride month, where the protagonist is Charlie/Chalice, a trans girl superheroine who just got her powers while still transitioning. The 2nd half of the comic focuses on Sharise, a black homeless woman who also just got powers and is ready for anything to protect her children. The rest of the cast is also great and I loved reading the editorial at the end with interviews to the many trans women that helped the comic's creation and the author's own experience with homelessness.

So I wanted to make a fanart with Alters' main characters meeting Bob and use the occasion for a little tribute to June's important occasions and awareness campaigns, and to Jenkins' characters that drive important messages and well thought representation through their stories.

Queero, our first superhero created back in 2017 is nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns. They have super strength, and love D&D! Another of our characters, Lyria is a trans woman, who has vocal amp powers and loves swing dancing!
