I've been offered to work in the marine industry. That money is pretty fucking alluring. You can make so much that it being seasonal doesn't matter. Shit work for 6 months striaght and take the other 6 off with how much money can be made in it

The worst part is that your pay depends on a) your catch and b) the market. Meaning, you might come back with empty holds (and empty pockets), or you might come back with full holds and still not make shit. 😑
