I got a gym membership, it's been awhile but it feels really good. Its helpful to have a place to show up to. I honestly feel like it helps me protect my home as sacred space for rest. Once I go someplace, I'm more likely to stay longer, do more, push harder. And even if I show up for 20 minutes it's a win, every time. Worth some money to feel strong, always. In this time of the year as the light wanes I journey inwards. I've been on a mission of late to discover, heal and elevate my sacred, dark, receptive feminine.
