If you’re looking for a good way to spend the rest of your week, Archive.org have unearthed a gigantic collection of cassettes from the mid-eighties into the mid-nineties. According to their notes, the collection was saved from the archives of noise-arch.net and donated by former CKLN-FM radio host Myke Dyer in August of 2009. Due to the size and obscurity, the collection hasn’t been properly notated but is said to include cassettes ranging from “tape experimentation, industrial, avant-garde, indie, rock, DIY, subvertainment and auto-hypnotic materials”. no but you can FORCE it away. use ublock origin and copy paste the blacklist i made into the filters to be able to remove the bullshit AI overview that google forces. it also removes youtube's forced ads (at least until they fix it)

you can also use the ublacklist extension and use this blacklist of AI image generation websites to curate your google image results

there are ALWAYS ways around stuff. it's just a matter of looking into it and asking around

these tags made me scream because the anakin and obi-wan miniseries has that bit where palpatine levies his full political power against mace windu, and by extension the whole order, for personal, private access to a tween. palpatine overtly threatens the jedi so he can have free reign to be creepy at anakin! and no one one manages to like, clock that palpatine has predatory intent with anakin, or ever really ask what’s going on with palpatine, or even remember that palpatine had threatened them to get access to anakin as a child specifically when they’re about to send anakin to spy on him. no one ever manages to grok “oh maybe anakin’s a little compromised here” and it’s easily like, top five moments of stupidity in all of star wars. i’ve never assumed that a man has ever been willing to threaten people for access to a ten year old had good intentions with said ten year old. i genuinely do not see how anyone could
