Throwback to my staycation last weekend at @courtyardgurugram This was our first meal that we ordered after we checked in and we fell in love with their chef! ❤️🍽️ This pomodoro based pasta was perfectly balanced with the right amount of salt and sugar! 🍝 The side bread was crispy and sumptuous! 🥖 This dish was worth the price! We met via LinkedIn and he expressed his interest in sending me a copy of his book. Being a bibliophile, I immediately agreed and in return expressed my desire to write a review on his book. Even though I am not a Hindi reader but this book kept me hooked.
