Where did we go wrong with Kanaan.
Where did we go wrong with Kanaan?
Character: It’s way too spread out. He’s too chaotic and at the same time he’s too cliche. He has an easily predictable pattern and he has no flaws that actually matter.
Items: What are those. He doesn’t have any stated items that actually matter, he just goes around doing stuff. The only thing that I can think of that he consistently has on him is hatred and that’s not a very good thing to have. He needs to have more. He does actually I just didn’t mention them, ever.
Relationships: ALL OF THEM SUCK! WHAT RELATIONSHIPS! There’s no time with his GF, no talk about how he met anyone AT ALL! Like what the frick were you thinking?
Presentation: He has a mediocre presentation mainly because it’s inconsistent. He could really do better there.
Power: Only towards the end did I really understand, show don’t tell. He’s mainly warnings with no actual evidence that he could do it. When he does it’s usually in the worst way possible.

Final tribute
This is all that’s left of Kanaan R. Moore. He was based off of a friend of mine by the same name. We had a falling out a few years ago. He was going to be the strongest character in fiction, but he just became to problematic to write. So I got rid of him for the most part. There are still some photos left of him on my blog but this will be the last one I make. As much as I despise him, I’ll miss him. He was one of my oldest characters. He was just too much of an issue.
