These lemon pepper chicken wings are baked just right, with a crispy outside and a juicy inside that tastes bursting with citrus.
Ingredients: 12 chicken wings. 2 lemons. 2 tbsp black pepper. 1/4 cup olive oil. Salt to taste. 1/4 cup flour.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a bowl, combine olive oil, juice of 1 lemon, black pepper, and salt. Mix well. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until coated evenly. Place flour in a separate bowl. Coat each chicken wing with flour. Arrange coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and golden brown. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix zest of 1 lemon with additional black pepper. Once wings are done, sprinkle lemon pepper mixture over them. Serve hot and enjoy!
