My nice cream game is strong today 💁🏼💞 this was an insane amount of frozen bananas (I lost count of how many I added!!), strawberries and blueberries 🍌🍓 ✨ What’s your favourite nice cream flavour? ✨
Last week I attended @healthyyoshiko’s VEGAN Japanese superfood sushi class where I learnt how to make: ✖️Thin roll: umeboshi, sesame and cucumber ✖️Thick roll: tofu marinade in Thai style, cucumber, capsicum, carrot and snow pea ✖️Inside out roll: sundried tomato, avocado, cucumber ✖️Nigiri: tempura, konnyaku and natto It really makes a difference when you know the proper methods of how to prepare the rice & of course how to roll it properly. Learnt SO much! Yoshiko’s bubbly personality made it really entertaining and fun too.
