In the end, I think all of my issues with OFDO can be summed up by saying that it’s very clear this series was made for people who didn’t like the first season rather than people who did

i'm halfway through the ofdo finale and i have nothing to say about it because nothing interesting has happened.

i was going to keep the real harshness to the tags, but fuck it:

what an utter disappointment of a series.

i still have 30 minutes of the last episode but i'm literally overcome with boredom every time anyone but romeraffy is on the screen, and that's probably mostly because i like the story i've written for them in my head. their actual story was fine but surface-level, but aouboom sure do have chemistry.

i don't fuck with joss so arnoldtua was always going to be a non-starter.

i found jack insufferable and mean that literally. i seriously debated skipping his scenes and seeing if i could still follow the show. he wasn't messy in a remotely interesting way and dean wasn't really messy except for being down bad for the blob of clay they pretended was a complex character, so i started upping the playback speed every time they were on screen. the earthmix and i just. did. not. care.

i'm just so unbelievably, overwhelmingly bored, and that's the last thing i expected out of the sequel to only friends, you know?
