You know when you’re sitting in a silent room or something and it starts to fill every fiber of your being until it feels like you’re going to suffocate if you don’t make noise or something?

Yeah that’s what depression feels like but you don’t always get a noise and I think that’s why people kill themselves. They start to drown in that absence but they can’t find their noise and so when it becomes unbearable they do the only thing they can think of.
