I had a dream where Jim had traveled back in time and didn't get the amulet and just carried about his life normally, but Merlin kept contacting him in weird ways through anything that had text on it and mentioning some guy name Jais (pronounced jayce).

Like Jim is sitting in class and looks at a bottle on his desk and the nutrition facts or whatever turned into a message from Merlin.

And he kept being like "I know you know who I am, I know you came back in time."

"hey we need to meet up!"

"Seriously we need to meet up, the fate of the world relies on you."

"Okay! let's meet up, I have a surprise for you!!!"

"Okay... Yeah the surprise is exactly what you think it is."

and then later Jim, Claire, and Toby are just walking along, and this portal opens and Merlin is there with his staff and everything. And he looks down at Jim and says "I can't believe you're ignoring me, now get in there!"

and throws Jim through the portal which his friends follow him. And then Jim not wanting to deal with being the Trollhunter or getting turned into a troll (that was the surprise Merlin was referring to) just absolutely books it. And Merlin is just slowly following and letting him run around on this little grassy island like "he'll tucker himself out soon enough."

And then after running around for a long while Jim had a breakdown, got a hug from Toby, and was like "Fine Merlin, I'll save the world I guess."

And Merlin smiles, and pulls out a thing of sunscreen and goes "put this on before you take your bath, it's good for you. Just don't get any in your eyes. Nothing magical, it just hurts."

and then I woke up.

For anyone who doesn’t know, Sciatica is pain due to compression of the sciatic nerve, which runs from your buttocks down the back of your leg. The reason this stretch is helpful is because the sciatic nerve, after leaving your spinal cord, immediately runs just underneath - and may get compressed by - the Piriformis muscle deep in your buttcheek, which helps you externally rotate your hip. (If the muscle is super tight, your toes on that side might actually point further out when you lie down compared to the toes on your other foot, jsyk).

If the above stretch ain’t compatible with you for reasons like having bitch ass knees, here are some alternative and amazing stretches for the muscle in order of easiest to hardest (but imo least to most helpful) to perform:

However, just keep in mind that none of these stretches will help you if you have a herniated disc, which compresses the nerve roots that protrude from the spine itself! For that you’ll for sure need some different medical intervention.
