Seventh Doctor Costume Variations
I got bored and did a compilation of the variations of the Seventh Doctor costumes.
Generally, for this Doctor's appearances, the Doctor had minor variations in the way the chain was placed on the costume. Such as whether it was inserted from the front or back of the lapel and if it was placed in front or behind the scarf.
Between season 24/25 and 26, the Doctor had a change of costume, wearing a darker ensemble. This included the hat band, tie and the jacket. However, elements such as the scarf and pants remained the same.
Some other notable changes, was in the first story that featured this incarnation, the Doctor wore a tartan scarf and red suspenders over the jumper vest and the jumper itself was worn under the pants. In following stories however, this was changed (such as the scarf). The Doctor was also given an umbrella in paradise towers with a bamboo handle which then changed over to a bright red question mark. Something else to note about the umbrella is that the black gap in between the dot and the curved bit of the question mark, shortened between the season 24/25 appearance and the 26 one.
Another very minor difference was in the story 'The Greatest Show in the Galaxy', which very briefly had the Doctor without the scarf.
Extended media, spinoffs and other appearances also had other variations as shown in the images.
Some notable differences from the TV appearance included:
Books: Generally had a smiley badge, cream jacket/pants combo, lack of jumper
Big Finish: Combination of season 24/25 and 26 such as red paisley for the hat band and tie but with the darker jacket Other notes: - This was supposed to be exhaustive but rather just present variations I found interesting
