It's about time I update this again!

About me: I love reading/writing and at any given moment I have too many projects circling through my head. I've loved to read for as long as I can remember and I've enjoyed writing things for that same amount of time. I also love video games, photography and motorcycling, so if I'm not working on a WIP I'm usually doing one of those. If you ask me about any of those things I will probably talk your ear off, lol.

I'm usually writing fanfiction, but I do have some original WIPs as well. I struggle to maintain focus so finishing them is an incredibly slow and difficult process, but I manage.

My favorite tropes are found family, action/suspense, angst, fluff, horror/supernatural and slice-of-life.

I also sometimes write very light sci-fi (although that's currently changing), heavy angst (it doesn't always get a happy ending, sorry) and occasionally light comedy. Sometimes, sometimes, I make shit get dark. I struggle with writing mystery and romance, though I've dabbled in the latter a bit and was surprised at myself. There's at least a little bit of trauma with all my OCs so you have been warned.

If you want to filter out my various random posts that aren't related to writing, I try to tag them as "not writing" or "miscellaneous". Some stuff has probably slipped through the cracks though.

So no new updates there but you can still see all my old works. My AO3 fics are for registered users only due to the AI scraping, but my older stuff isn't locked. (Also if you haven't played Resonance of Fate you totally should! I usually don't like JRPGs/RPGs of any kind yet this is one of my very few exceptions. If nothing else, listen to the amazing soundtrack. It's phenomenal.)

Inferior Design: Still in the early planning stages and mostly running on vibes and various ideas I think are neat. This is what I'm currently focusing on. It's more of an experimental character study featuring mecha, angst, and more sci-fi elements than I usually do. It's been a fun challenge to work on and I'm gradually figuring out what kind of story I want to tell with it. There's no real synopsis as of yet, but basically it's about three people with wildly different pasts becoming something like friends while also confronting said pasts. Again, I haven't really got a defined plot down, but despite the mecha stuff and other sci-fi elements I want to keep it more character-focused. A bit of a random comparison, but if you've ever played Resonance of Fate/End of Eternity, you know the interactions and comradery between Vashyron, Zephyr and Leanne? That's kind of what I'm going for here. Yes, there's a whole complex world surrounding them, but the ragtag trio's relationship is the main focus.

Medical Mechanical: A story about a couple of friends who set out to uncover the truth behind the mysterious mega-corporation that has infested their town and done strange things to their parents. It's the first original thing I began posting about when I made this account and my second all original project (the first being a story based on some personal trauma that's very near and dear to my heart, I just needed to take a break from it.)

I actually do have tons more for this than what I've posted thus far, but I got caught up in perfecting it and then sidetracked before I just stopped talking about it altogether. I do have plans to revamp and revive it, but right now Inferior Design is my main focus.

I got a 4 min long video of Kimchi dreaming today, so here's a clip

You get the whole walk cycle and the little sprint at the end.

Sometimes her sprints last for like 4 or 5 seconds and she can shoot herself off the couch or into a wall if she gets a grip with her back claws. If she does it next to a wall, her head smacking into it sounds like someone is trying to break into the house. She doesn't wake up.

Later in the dream she injured her paw and was limping, and earlier she caught something and ate it.

I wish wizards were real so bad imagine coming out of a wal mart and seeing some guy with long robes and a big hat in the parking lot surrounded by wacky particle effects screaming some shit like "By the moon and the starlight, by the shield and the sword, I summon to me, my Honda Accord!" And then just getting into his car and driving off

so there's basically two reasons he would need to do this and they're both funny

his magical honda unsummoned while he was in Walmart; this means it's not even a real car and could look like anything and he picked or was forced somehow to pick a Honda Accord

his normal honda was left someplace while he came to Walmart by other means, and he can teleport the car to him more easily than he can teleport himself places

there's also the idea that he drove to walmart in his honda accord, and then when he got out he either forgot where he parked or wanted to skip like 20 seconds of walking so he just summons it right in front of the door

To not have to find a parking space, most wizards keep their Honda Accords in a extradimensional oubliette when not driving. This also saves on garage space.

Demon

The ritual circle glowed a bright, cheerful, sky blue.

The summoner paused for a split second, caught off guard by the color. In movies, demons were traditionally colored with red or black or even green, like Disney villains. However, it was a non-issue. They kept chanting, the words tumbling easily out.

Sparks shot from that sky blue circle, close enough that they found themself taking a step back.

And the last word-

The sparks exploded, resembling more fireworks than simple sparks, high enough that a mark was left on the ceiling, and then fell back.

There was silence.

"Who dares?"

So I did some image searching and found laladollieshandmade (aka just LaLa Dollies) on instagram! And decided eh, what's the harm in reaching out?

SO! The work shown on by so called Cary-here is not theirs! While I am unsure of the third plush's creator (and if anyone knows or finds them lemme know so I can inform the maker/give a proper shout out-) I know that this person was falsely claiming to be the creator of the first two plushes!
