The opening of our hearts is a lifetime journey – there is no ending point. No matter where we are on our paths, we can always grow further.
In this class we are going to practice together variety of mindfulness-based meditations for opening the heart:
• Heart-opening postures and gestures
• Gratitude
• Self-compassion
• Radical acceptance
• Self-love
• Loving-kindness meditation
All techniques are simple, easy and can be integrated into everyday life.
The class is designed as a sequence of still and active meditations that build upon each other.

* Mats: We recommend bringing your own yoga mats/meditation cushion. There are already mats on the floor in the yoga room as placeholders. Find your mat place (you chose it at the reception when you arrived :)) and just put your mat on top of it.
