Shouting into the void here, but I can't believe I almost died multiple times this year. I'm only now being considered "recovered" since starting treatment last October. And my therapist is amazing for helping me fight ptsd so quickly, ive dealt with cptsd but man this was a whole different beast. Processing it all and realizing its done and over is still taking time.

I have so much perspective now, and immense respect for people with insomnia. And even when I was physically capable of sleeping, the fear of if i would even wake up was always present. I don't remember the past 2 seasons well and i don't know if thats my brain protecting me or the lack of sleep. My body was so fucked up that my doc said she had never seen a case like this, which is validating but also fuels the anger i felt at all that i went through.
