Tips on how to LIVE a MORE ACTIVE life 💛
1. Start where you are.
Write down the areas in which you are already active.
Draw a kind of mind map with the respective areas.
Think about what the next step would be in the respective area.
For example: Let's say you meditate every day. Is there a meditation group in your city?
Or: You like to paint. Is there a course for new painting techniques that you would like to learn? 2. Choose one-time events to shorten the hurdle.
We humans sometimes feel constrained when it comes to entering into long-term commitments.
The way and thus the hurdle to a certain activity is much lower if you attend a one-time course, for example.
The financial hurdle is also lower in this case. 3. Start small
First, find one thing that you would like to integrate into your life once or regularly.
This also increases the likelihood that you will stick with it and it won't overwhelm you.
Next month you look for the next thing.

- I am strong enough to give me strength and warmth. - I structure my day and focus on the activities in my daily schedule. - I set priorities. - Priorities are only things that I can influence myself! - I turn off my phone as often as possible throughout the day. - I practice self-compassion whenever I feel lonely. - I have confidence in my personality and in finding my people who think I am amazing the way I am. - I find people who share my sense of humor and enjoy spending time with me.

I feel like my whole fucking ADHD symptoms are coming back when I am on my period again.
3 Steps to romanticize your life
1. Take your time drinking and eating - Enjoy consuming everyday things. - At best, light a candle. - be perfect in the moment as much as you can be. 2. Don't settle for ordinary - buy things that are too good to be true or buy nothing. - everything you buy (and do aswell) leads to the person you always wanted to be. - if you do not yet know in which direction you would like to go, you can create a vision board beforehand and use this as a model.
3. Put your phone away
- set a timer for the time you want to be without your phone - do something in the meantime that is so good for you that you forget your cell phone. - I, for example, put my phone away for three hours and use your flight mode. After that, I'll check if I've got any important messages and turn airplane mode back on. you will feel more than before that you really LIVED your day.

studying steps ADHD #1
1. Please, please empty your desk first of all. That already makes it a lot easier.
2. Take your medication or make yourself a coffee. Green tea works great too.
3. Write down a motivating saying and position it in a visible distance.
4. Decide on the thing you want to learn.
5. Decide on your pomodoro length / pomodoro time.
6. Put a maximum of 3 materials that you need to study on the table.

#5 ADHD hacks to be A BETTER LISTENER for your friends 💚
1. Keep asking your friend questions that interest YOU about the person. This way you don't tend to talk too much about yourself and at the same time you have a conversation that is exciting for you. People love it when they can talk about themselves.
2. Don't pretend you know what your friend was talking about if you haven't listened for a while. You are allowed to be inattentive. This doesn't just happen to people with ADHD. Good friends especially understand when you apologize and ask again. Everything else may be noticed and leads to subliminal conflicts.
3. Suggest a walk. Your body needs exercise to focus (unless your meds are working great). This will make it much easier for you to listen.
4. If you know that you will still find it difficult to maintain a conversation for a long period of time, you can also suggest to your friend that you only meet up for a certain time. Maybe for an hour. Whatever works well for you.
5. The last point is: take your medication BEFORE you meet up with your friend. It will relieve your body and mind. Alternatively, you can meditate, do yoga or exercise beforehand if this is not too much for you. 5 minutes of any of these activities will help you.
