I feel like lupin would be against AI.

For multiple times in the franchise, there's been stories about lupin vs the machine, when he always won in the end

First done in part 1, in 1972, when computers were still a new wonder and took up an entire room, he said that a machine could never predict a human's actions. Then in part 2, late 70's, the story repeated again, lupin won

Then there was part 5, all about modern technology, even ahead of its time. It was a tough battle against... against grok, basically, with all that "is this true?" shi

Still, that thing was too dangerous for society, so lupin made sure he destroys it. "Somebody will make a similar one eventually", and it DID happen.

Throughout these episodes, there was one thing going on: lupin sees his thieving as art that can't be copied by a machine. Therefore, i think he would be against gen AI.

He does steal paintings himself, but those are already valued pieces of art, that are owned by wrong people who don't value them and, because of that, don't deserve to own them. I just believe that he truly understands what art is and what it costs
