So many of your other Netflix works have drawn inspiration from multiple books by one author, instead of being direct adaptations of one single story.

With that in mind, are there any poems I should read in preparation for The Fall of the House of Usher?

I can't give you the exact list yet (that will be discussed in the press closer to the launch), but I can say that we draw from an absolutely huge amount of Poe's work for the show. We use many of the most famous titles, for sure, but also some of the more obscure references. The Fall of the House of Usher is a great title for the series, but that story represents a very small percentage of what we're actually doing.

There's not much more I can say, and unfortunately I will not be promoting the show until the WGA and SAG strikes are resolved (I don't know if they will be resolved before our scheduled launch.) But I hope you enjoy the series when it lands.
