google stuff for background research. reread your chapter to find spelling errors. you’ll find other things along the way when you reread your work. you’ll get new ideas that’ll change the entire trajectory of the story. it’s worth it i promise!

get feedback from fandom friends if you’re writing fanfic. start dming people who are interested in the same character. like the way someone writes your fave? go talk to them! they won’t eat you i promise. you can also reach out to writers writing original works.
