You can like own a luxury curiosity shop and have it all.

Or something more sane like:

Fossils, rare gemstones, surreal cutlery, terrariums, rare sea creatures, or like having a bird greenhouse, daliah garden. Or collect orchids, dead butterflies, ...

Things I learned in my shifting journey that might be helpful.

your diet, hour of sleep and work schedule doesn't have to be just perfect. It has to change like every few months. Like changing the angle of your bed. Or making personal challenges.

deep searching things. let ur brain be a brain. dont feed ur mind with endless algorithms. Ai and doom scrolling consume ur energy and leaves you drained with nothing special.

WRITING often daily and freely, actually help you to be calmer, clearer and GIVES energy. (Like a shower) it is far more better than constantly trying meditations or subliminals. (it might work for some people. But it will have opposite effect for someone with mental illness or etc)

It's okay to feel passionate and romantise your drs. Just control ur cortisol if it get tm. Even if you sometimes get nightmares it's not always a bad sign.

If some part(details) of your script didn't work in your dr when you shifted, it's because you genuinely didn't believe it. Like you hope it would work if your script it. But no you just need to believe that already exists.

this one is personal but it would be great to try controlling your lucid dreams. All of my long shifts was through using a method in my lucids. (ofc as they say, you can shift without needing to do anything.)

My recent peak was more than five weeks, I had a type of upgraded lucid dreams every night. There I could READ clearly anything, stay focused, hear my each words, and visit places that felt like I had been there in previous lucids. It had its own backstory. Sometimes I heard music I had never heard in this reality, yet it felt strangely familiar only there. like living the next episode of a show there, that felt yesterday, while here was years ago. (ykwim?) I knew they were just upgraded lucid dreams(is there a name?) Bc one the signs of shifting is you FEEL TOUGHES and remember it.

₊⊹ ℒℛ𝒟 . . . or Willow! The second vampire to attend the University of Witchcraft and Wizardry Hogwarts. being extremely bored on her 18th birthday in October 1970, Willow got her letter. was she surprised? no, since her mother was the first vampire in Hogwarts. but Willow was still very happy. even though they were decent and well-behaved vampires, they lived far from wizards and muggles. most wizards and (especially!) muggles still have the stereotypical belief about vampires and prefer to not interact with them. but Willow guessed it was more pleasant to smell like garlic (it doesn’t even help against vampires, mind you!) than say a simple “hello” to one.

₊⊹ 𝘞𝑖𝘭𝑙𝘰𝑤 is the brightest witch of her age! after being sorted into Gryffindor house, she showed very high skills in charms, potions and transfiguration. her grades are excellent. she is a talented girl. professors’ favourite student and (secretly) McGonagall’s pride. Willow also likes History of Magic, though she finds professor Binns a bit boring. the Defence against Dark Arts could be her favourite subject but she didn’t like the topic about vampires and how to deal with them.

₊⊹𝙱𝙲𝙹 . . . or Barty! the son of the Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. since childhood he was a genius. mother's joy, light and pride. with no friends around (because he was too pretentious to play "this stupid children’s games") Barty spent his childhood with books. named after Bartemius Crouch Senior and being ignored by him, Barty had a goal to become more than Crouch Jr. getting a letter from Hogwarts wasn’t a big deal for him. it’s just something that had to happen to him.

₊⊹ Ravenclaw’s favourite boy. Barty is the top student. loved by professors and his classmates. spending a lot of time in the library, Barty managed not only to get the highest grades in every subject but also to cause some trouble with his friend group from both Ravenclaw and Slytherin. but he always gets away with it (but you can’t say the same about some of his friends). Barty loves Quidditch! and he’s thinking about becoming a quidditch player in next year!

₊⊹. . . it started just as a simple academic rivalry. annoying (for classmates) debates, loud words in the hallways of Hogwarts, eyes on each other during dinner in the Great Hall. Barty couldn’t stand when Willow was in his favourite spot in the library. she could not stand when he took the book she wanted to read(she thinks he does it on purpose). a lot of “hate you”s and “i despise being around you”s somehow flowed into smoking the same cigarette at the Hogwarts party before Christmas. loud music, alcohol and wasted people. these two were on the stairs of the Gryffindor common room. a small place, two tired students, shoulder to shoulder. eyes on each other and Barty could swear he saw the fangs. or was he just drunk?

i want my better cr to be set in the 2000s, but not 100% like here, more like sprinkled with all the things i like about the 90s and 2010s.

bands play at bars and its cheap to be in concerts, cars look like from 70s 80s 90s, subcultures are as alive as they first came up (like punk and goth) without ever becoming fashion trends, social media is a thing but not influencers, youtube is more of an archive of vlogs (without commentary to subscribers) or of tutorials "how to sew..." "how to install..." "how to use...", GPS and internet forums exist and are helpful, the mainstream of technology is my made up brand, tumblr is like 2010s and current, etc

Safety script for gotham: No-one actually k1ll each other.. won't end up in arkham neither my friends... have all type of insurance... Water filter and enough healthy food... The city is not that dirty and full of disease as it looks, its more like foggy... no aliens or demons... Street gangs are controlled and the mobs/mafias protect the civilians... won't get hearing damage or just any serious damage... won't get robbed or graped... can survive explosions, crashes and shootings...

Pros of living in gotham: You can always hear jazz around the city. It has the one the best theatres too... unique architecture... cold weather... cheap rent... bruce wayne...

So the whole vibe of this show was like both dark and goofy? pretty much like the comics. I first watched it 6-7 years ago. It's a comfort show for me.
