Clinic Worker Snips Spines of Babies To Kill Them
PHILADELPHIA: Dr. Kermit Gosnell, 72, is on a capital murder trial for third-degree murder in the overdose of a 41-year-old refugee and the killing of seven babies that were delivered alive. He faces the death penalty if convicted. Adrienne Moton, the first worker from his clinic to take the stand, testified yesterday that she has snipped the spines of at least 10 babies on his command, and she’s even had to use scissors to cut the neck of a baby delivered in a toilet. She became an assistant at Gosnell's clinic after she lived with him during high school due to problems at home. He paid her $10 an hour - off the books - to administer drugs, perform ultrasounds, help with abortions and dispose of fetal remains. She's pleaded guilty and faces a 20-40 year term. She's been in prison since 2011 when prosecutors arrested Gosnell, his third wife, Pearl, and eight employees. Most have plead guilty and are expected to testify. HORRENDS.
