Here is my photography/ writing journal page. I decided to do these pages in accordance to the theme ‘natural phenomena’. I’m happy to report that before this journal page, i had not known of polar stratospheric clouds, guess we learn something everytime. Creating these two journal pages made me realize how beautiful our world is, and how little we see of our world. It is amazing to think, that in some rural area, in some place free of pollution and electronics, there are the northern lights, or the polar stratospheric clouds. Its amazing to think that the sardine’s travel together in what is known as the ‘sardine run’, and they stick together. These pages also made me realize how finite these phenomenas are. Global warming exists. Its taking away all of these beautiful things, or more specifically, our species’ own self destructive ways are taking away these beautiful things. Its sad to think that somewhere down the line, these phenomenas will be history. — On a lighter note (lol), i’ve noticed recently that some of my friends are embarrased to post their artwork on Tumblr, so i would just like to say that i think everyone should post away. I mean, art isn’t limited to an ideal image, there is no ideal image. Thats the beauty isn’t it? Anything and everything can look beautiful. There is no such thing as perfection, who defines it anyways? How would you know when you’ve reached perfection? Because i have no idea, and i’m sure everyone else doesn’t either. So post away!
