Archive [https://archive.ph/zJsD5] Gee, look at all the white women in the photos of the demonstrators. I guess child marriage and pedostuff
This would be good, except the language of the bill is one adult man and one adult woman. They're trying to sneak in a ban on gay marriage by tying it to child marriage.

“We talk a lot these days about how Donald Trump seems to think he owns the United States – he puts his brand, his likeness, his signature on everything. He talks about his generals, his military, etc. But there’s a more concrete and specific way this is true and it goes to the heart of what needs to be fixed about the American presidency and the whole constitutional system. […] An analogy illustrates the distinction. Say you’re a wealthy person with an estate and you hire someone to run it for you. Maybe you’re a true high roller and you summer there. But you need someone to run it, manage it. So we’ve found our estate manager and he’s running our estate. But now you heard that he’s tearing down the main house and replacing it with a roller skating rink. And there are three acres of land down at the bottom of a hill. Well, he sold those to someone else and he’s using the proceeds to build himself an ice cream factory on your estate. At some point you found out about all this stuff and you say, WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK IS GOING ON HERE? I hired you to run my estate, to manage it, to do upkeep, manage the staff, keep the lawn mowed. I didn’t hire you to demolish it or sell off parts of it. You can see where I’m going here. The American people select a president to run the federal government, to execute the responsibilities the federal government has. That includes national security and foreign policy, administering a vast social safety net, running various duties the federal government has taken on — ag policy, biomedical research, grant research. The American people own the federal government. They are the sovereign. That sovereignty is expressed through laws passed by Congress. The president is elected to run it for four years. It’s not his. He can’t just lop off big parts of it, sell parts off, decide it should no longer do things it was designed to do.”

I hate all these posts moralizing about how it’s not righteous to discuss hurting rapists because you can hypothetically target someone who was labeled a sex offender but didn’t do anything morally reprehensible when most of the time the people saying that are speaking from experience and are discussing their frustrations of wanting the people who personally abused them to die. and yeah sure you can also get into a debate about rehabilitation verses revenge based justice but that’s such a cruel thing to turn the discussion towards when someone said they wish they could have fought back against a pedophile who molested them. or maybe I’m just a sensitive violent freak who knowssss
this kind of rhetoric is really bizarre to me because when i check my local sex offender registry it’s all men who have been convicted of stuff like “rape” “possession of csam” “child sexual abuse of a minor under 16” so this is not a morally nuanced group of essentially innocent men who were unjustly prosecuted. they ARE all predators 100%. who benefits when we pretend otherwise?
when women point out that “sex work” is rape and the enlightened leftists sigh condescendingly and tell us that all work is coerced and nobody likes their job, and you realize they think that at the very least they believe there is a subset of women on these earth (if not all of us) whose duty is to ensure sexual violation for the gratification of men. lol.
sexual predators love minimizing the profound trauma of sexual violence, whether they’re pedophile apologists arguing that csa victims are more traumatized by the reactions of those around them than by the trauma itself or “sex work” defenders comparing sexual coercion to a simple unfulfilling, dead-end job. they tell those who have been victimized that it wasn’t so bad and they should get over it. as if sexual trauma isn’t one of the most painful and alienating human experiences. and these people call themselves progressive as if they aren’t among the strongest supporters of contemporary rape culture.
also *endure not ensure
The thing is, if Platner gets elected, he’s going to vote Republican, and leftists will start wailing about how democrats fail them, even though Platner is theirs — same as Fetterman. And Tulsi for that matter. “Vote blue no matter who” doesn’t apply to Platner because he’s so transparently not a democrat and doesn’t want to be a democrat and will not vote democrat. I don’t understand why these people never try to run their candidates in Republican primaries and disrupt Republican elections, since they’re so obsessed with centering the white working class vote.
I have been thinking about how purity culture helps breed a kind of sexual culture that is super patriarchal. Despite the fact that I agree sex should be more of a private matter for the most part, I think that because current sexual culture is so patriarchal and I don't want to be exposed to it. but I don't at all mind serious conversations about sex with other women. I think since purity culture says sex is shameful (and sex is shameful to who? the one that it's done to, less so for the man), whatever sexual culture that exists can only ever be patriarchal. Sex is seen as the opposite of pure, so what else is the opposite of pure? Everything else we associate with sex under patriarchy. Violence, violation, humiliation, degradation. If sex is defiled in this way, if it is not understood as and revered as a loving and passionate and pleasure-giving connection between two people, then it becomes a system of male domination.
Did you know that if you’re a Gen Z woman your grandpa is more likely to hold progressive views than men your age? This is your sign to dump your boyfriend (If you have one) and decenter men.
Media is owned by older men, I am 100% sure that article was made by an older moid trying to convince younger women to be with him. They always do that the whole "girls just mature faster" is a psyop to excuse young moidlets misogyny while positioning older guys manipulation and grooming as seeing girls and young women as human.
What article are you referring to specifically? This is definitely a documented phenomenon. Gen z men tend to be much more anti-feminist.
There is data but this is also my experience with them (I am gen z). So many of them have spent a lot of time online in "redpill"/"manosphere" spaces consuming anti-feminist content. The me too backlash was terrible to experience while in high school and college. And over all I have felt much more respected by older men than I do by men in my own generation. And call me naive but I don't think that's just because they're all grooming me. I think gen z men were raised in a culture that does not value respecting women even in a "benevolent sexism" sort of way.
Women’s stories of marriage scare me. I would hate feeling like I’m obligated to have sex all the time. It sounds like hell and constant sexual harassment. They make it sound like you’re signing over the right to your own body. Why would something like this even need to be discussed. If it’s not a good time, it’s not a good time.
Sex is mutual engagement not a service being performed and you have to notify your customer when the service is not available. Marriage is really just permanent whoredom for many women. No wonder so many women become sex repulsed. How do you enjoy sex when your body is being treated like a toilet most of the time.
is this supposed to make me support sex work. this further proves that the industry preys on desperate and vulnerable people. the answer to this issue is getting better support networks and welfare systems put in place, not enabling prostitution.
When all this libfem bullshit is over I'm gonna look back and be forever haunted by the fact that libfems actually promoted prostitution to a generation of teenaged girls. They did that, they actually did that.
i was so perfectly groomed into online sex work from such a young age via the internet and libfems insistance of it being empowering that i made an account on a camming website the day i turmed 18. it still haunts me to this day, and the poor decisions i made as a teenaged girl follow me where ever i go. random local men still find and try to contact me from videos posted of me to pornhub by my abusive ex and different johns. i was just a kid. the online work turned into real life work, teenaged prostitution with strange men, and i'm so bitter at the culture that groomed me into believing it was somehow empowering and getting back at men by being fucked by them for money. no amount of money was ever enough to make me feel less used, abused, and worthless.
I typically didn't last very long in libfem online groups before I got banned for actually being a feminist, but I remember this one group I stayed in for about a week and in just that time I witnessed two instances I'll never forget.
A young man made a post saying that every time he drove to work he'd see a prostituted woman on the side of the road. He said he wanted to help her out of this situation and was considering offering her a job where he works because the boss was his father so he was confident he could do that. The libfems went berserk on him. Who does he think he is? How dare he imply that prostituted women need help? What makes him think she's unhappy doing what she does? Why would she prefer to work at his shitty job? What makes him say she was a woman? Was she wearing a shirt with "cis" written on it?
I sent him a message telling him the reaction he received wasn't normal and that, although getting out prostitution isn't that simple, his idea of offering the woman a job was a nice thought.
Then this teenage girl made a post in which she was wondering about becoming a prostitute once she reaches 18 years old. And the libfems cheered her on. Dozens of grown women encouraging a kid into sexual exploitation. Essentially grooming her. Telling her "good for you". Only one woman expressed reservations saying it might be unsafe. And me telling her directly not to do it.
Liberal spaces have become the most effective patriarchal indoctrination churches. They tell the youngest generations to be okay with rape culture, pornography, sexual exploitation, being uncomfortable, having your boundaries crossed, sadism, domestic abuse, degradation, hurting yourself, the beauty industry, cosmetic surgery... they are preparing women to be more effectively preyed upon and exploited and abused by men. They are responsible for legion of traumatised women at this point.
how did we go from “it’s censorship to delete my fetish blog” to straight up reblogging how we should actually forgive rapsists or else you’re scary
Because rapists have always been the majority group in fetish and kink spaces. Convincing people to smile and agree to getting beat, raped, and tortured is the only way for sex pests to stay out of jail, so men who definitely belong in prison flock to kink scenes like aphids to the garden bed.
how did we go from “it’s censorship to delete my fetish blog” to straight up reblogging how we should actually forgive rapsists or else you’re scary
“When we speak we are afraid our words will not be heard or welcomed. But when we are silent, we are still afraid. So it is better to speak.”
—Audre Lorde
Whats really funny about this is that compliance doesn't even save you from the physical harm. Because rape is physical harm, even if it's 'non-violent' (although I don't believe any rape can be non-violent) you still get violated. And with all the other types of crimes compliance is to avoid bodily harm, which in case of rape in inescapable if you go into freeze/fawn mode. But instead of this being a proof how heinous of a crime rape is, we as society (and by society i mean men) use it to claim that without physical resistance it wasn't assault.
Which feels like some horrific catch 22 when if you fight you risk even greater harm (which compliance is supposed to protect you from), but if you don't you're not believed (which is also further harm and revictimization). It's like choosing between risk of getting harmed at the time of the crime or getting harmed later.
I encourage everyone to not be naive. The Epstein Files is not primarily a problem of class, mankind losing grasp of their reality, the tinfoil hats suddenly making sense, or conspiracy revelations. Unless you read “mankind” as overwhelmingly male, it’s a misrepresentation of the problem.
Language shapes the narrative and we must utilize it precisely so that real issues do not transform into spectacles. That is what is happening right now and it is not helping anyone but those who want to simplify this situation as the rich preying on the poor. The kind that is made for provocation and stops there. An echo that pierces nothing. Insisting a gender-neutral discussion on Epstein is the pinnacle of ignorance. Intentionally omitting the variable of prevalent gender patterned violence is not at all materialist. When you insist, “The elites abuse power.” you imply that power is a problem within itself but when you start looking at the problem holistically and conclude: Powerful men sexually exploit girls and women — you see a gendered pattern of violence that persists beyond class lines and, most of the time, is further intensified by it.
Let me ask you: What is the ratio between men and women in the files? How many women were on the files to confess they saw monstrosities and how many men inquired about “pizza”— a cryptic term speculated to be related to a pedophilia ring?
When you talk about the files and refer to the perpetrators as “elites”, you lose sight of the more important variable of the situation, they were disproportionately male. Elites weren’t the base of the problem, they are a particular demographic of males who were there. Everyone’s first mistake is assuming the issue is detached from male tyranny. That it is beyond the male-over-female dominance.
Remember this, the defining feature of the island was not about eating babies or being sickeningly wealthy. It’s the women and children’s sexual trafficking ring. Epstein, afterall, was a convicted sex offender.
Those who sent emails and explicitly mentioned sexual abuses towards girl children, those who have regarded Epstein as a good pal publicly and have asked for funding and have given funding, and those who were included in photos and videos with redacted children’s faces are disproportionately male. The “elites”, rulers in tech development, high ranking academics, and Hollywood celebrities you are referring to are not sexless, they are particular kinds of men. This is not a mankind problem, it’s a male problem. Until you all have wrapped your heads around the fact that this is barely a Left and Right wing issue because individuals from these coalitions were also reportedly a part of it regardless of their belief systems, the Epstein Files will remain weaponized for political agendas that do not address the underlying problem that is sex based oppression.
People were freaking out because Hillary wore pants.
And while we're at it, Don't Ask, Don't Tell put an end to active witch hunts for queer people in the military, and the Defense of Marriage Act happened while Republicans were trying to ammend the goddamned constitution to ban same-sex marriage.
