Happy Pride Month!
yall gotta learn the difference between "this character is an asshole" and "this character was supposed to be super cool but the author is an asshole" and "this character is a teenage girl who was mean once"
by Laerte Coutinho
btw this is laerte. She is 73 now! Making art and being happy! It's never too late to transition
men really be like “well this woman has studied this subject her whole life, and i am a man, so we have equal knowledge on this”
it’s ok you could have just said “i hate men”
okay, i hate men
Description:
[A video of a white person with long hair. Above their head are a bunch of screenshots of rude and homophobic comments.
They sadly say “Guys, these people said they didn’t like my gay pride patches”. In the background, the music is ramping up as they yell “So I bought seven more, bitch!” (laughing).
The video then shows him head banging and sewing the patches to the ceiling of the car where a bunch of punk, heavy metal band, and other assorted patches are already. End Description.]
before someone screenshots this and posts it elsewhere this is me

happy pride month
[ID: The original “I see no difference” meme. Each of the four squares features an anime couple with an Impact font caption. First is a boy and a girl cuddling captioned “Regular couple.” Second is two boys kissing, captioned “Yaoi couple.” Third is two girls looking into each other’s eyes captioned “Yuri couple.” Finally, Edward Elric from FMA gives a thumbs-up anf grins with the top and bottom text: “I see no difference / Love is love.” End ID]
humiliating to be attracted to a conventionally attractive person. I thought I was a more sensitive and refined pervert than this
by the way it's fine to like sexual content just for the sake of it. "we can't ban porn because other stuff will get banned" "sometimes nude art has value" "the government will classify queer people as sexual" this is all true but it's okay to just like porn. its okay to not want porn to be banned because you like it.
oh no

At this point, why don't we just classify coyotes as a pet? Sure, they're wild animals, but so are cats, and we're fine with them, so why not?
This is a really interesting point actually and feeds into similar discussions I've seen on pet foxes, servals etc. The key thing here is the distinction between domestication and taming.
Domestication is multigenerational; it means that an entire species is habituated to human relationships (for pets, farming, service etc), with hardcoded instincts built in through generations upon generations of husbandry. It actually causes genetic changes in the species being domesticated.
Taming is the process of habituating an individual animal to human contact and moderating its behaviour. It doesn't make meaningful changes to the habits, needs, instincts and temperament of the animal. Coyotes, wolves and foxes are canids, but they are not dogs in the domesticated sense, just as servals, lions, cheetahs are not cats in the domesticated sense and to treat them as such - no matter how "tame" they might be - can be a significant cause of distress and confusion for the animal on a fundamental psychological level!
(But also. An important note. All these coyotes are nonetheless good bois)
“i’m autistic” = 👍
“i’m a little autistic” = mark of the beast for annoying people
“touch of the ‘tism” = punishable offense
