@krazyginga
i would rather see the information for an event handwritten in sharpie on a paper towel than see another AI generated flyer
"OR WOMEN IN GENERAL"???? HELLO
Reblog to bully people who don't like female characters or women in general off the internet.
noticed by goose again...but at what cost
its really a firm reminder that creators are also people with lives. they jerk off just like us
important things happening in r/cats
I am once again begging people to realize that AI checker doesn’t work. it’s never worked. it’s notoriously known to have flagged human-made works as AI and AI-generated works as human-made. and by feeding it people’s works, you are feeding more works to AI, because apparently the machine itself is AI.
the only thing AI checker does is harm genuine artists and people in general too.
I shall hold the child.
I get a little exhausted by rpg conversations that start with questions like, "What can RPGs learn from board games?" "What can RPGs learn from improv theater?" "What can RPGs learn from communal cooking practices?" "What can RPGs learn from weaving?" And I've been trying to figure out why. I think it's because most people think of basic rpgs like this:
Which is to say that they don't really see RPGs as their own thing but rather a thing that exists only as a blend of other things. Play culture is basically about which of these circles you put your weight on in play. Therefore some people want to think about how to add more circles like "cooking" or "musical composition" or how to bring in MORE of one of the basic circles like rarer aspects of games. But you see, I see RPGs more like this:
I think RPGs are a unique thing. To say they don't touch those other things would be foolish, but they aren't MADE from those things. Different RPGs aren't simply changing the ratios on the blending of those other activities. I want to talk about that black space more. I want to talk about the properties unique to RPGs and not just in terms of the blends of other activities. If you remove the classical concerns of game design ("balance", "core loops", "challenge", "economies") and the classical concerns of performing arts ("audience", "entertainment", "acting") and the classical concerns of other media ("narrative structure", "tropes", "genre"). What's left? I use the word "concern" very carefully here. I'm talking about focusing one them as issues to be addressed rather simply whether they are present or not in a given game. Like I can say, "This game is set in Arizona in the 1880s" without being concerned with whether or not it's a "western" in the sense of tropes and genres. What if we don't *concern* ourselves with the things I've listed. What's left? I want to talk about THAT.
Fuck Meyer-Briggs whatever typology. This INTFP shit is only for redditors up their own asses to substitute for a personality. Use my new typology instead!

this is the type of work they’re gonna make high school art students study in ten years
1) the fact that the camera is not level
2) the unsexiness of the Velcro sound
3) the barely-qualifies-as-kick of the leg kick
4) the fact that I truly cannot tell if the slip was planned or not

Might fuck around and paper my town with these. Feel free to join me.
Would you be willing to post the files for these so we can have the best quality copy for printing purposes?
Here's a folder with the files! I couldn't get the last one to PDF correctly with the image, so it's still text.
What I feel people frequently forget about autistic special interests is that they aren't always information based. They may simply be visual or mental
Someone may have a special interest in a show, but instead of that meaning that they will talk about that show often, it may mean they watch that show extremely frequently.
Special interests are ways of regulating, not simply encyclopedias we have in our heads. Sometimes it's watching something frequently. Maybe only listening to one genre of music, maybe it's a collection, maybe it's an action. I'm tired of it only being seen as autistic people's personal encyclopedias
10 000 dollars a day to every autistic child who grew up into an adult with a weird relationship to eating because parents can in no way be trusted to respect children's issues with food
