The dubs of Hazbin hotel can be so so funny.
For example, the German dub translated the line "And here's the sugar on the cream, he asked me to join his team. I said no and now he's pissy, that's the tea!" from Stayed Gone really well.
They didn't translate word for word, but the vibes are there.
"As icing on the cake, almost on his knees, he asked me 'Come join my team'. Said 'nah', he never forgave me for that"
It makes Vox look even more desperate.
Imagine his huge TV ass, almost kneeling in front of Alastor's smiling self, saying 'Please, PLEASE, join my team, PLEASE!". Alastor's smile widening and just saying 'nah'.
The french dub was also interesting with it, basically the way they translated it was:
"Oh and you need to know, he wanted me by his side, I refused and he got upset, what a loser!"
"He wanted me by his side" instead of "asked me to join his team" makes it sound even more like a romantic rejection and the "what a loser" at the end makes it even MEANER lmao
