Hiiiii ryuzaki. It's me. Matsuda. So. Funny story. Have you heard that an anime adaptation of rascal convinced a lot of people in Japan to try having raccoons as pets? Yeah it didn't work out. They're currently a successful invasive species. So when I found one in an alley on the way here it would have been irresponsible to leave it, if I'm doing my civic duty. And long story short there is currently a raccoon in the vents and I cannot find it.

Good news, @ryuzaki-cuffs! Raccoon is contained and sent through unfortunate but necessary proper channels. And in neutral news I am requesting a day off to get my PEP shots so I don't get rabies.

L, you can't be serious! Prion diseases are incredibly deadly and under-researched. If Matsuda doesn't get his shots, he'll likely die if the raccoon that bit him was rabid. I understand you care a lot about the Kira case, but sacrificing an innocent life to pursue this obsession of yours is highly unethical!
Matsuda, feel free to take the day off. I'll talk to my father about this and probably punch Ryuzaki later because he's pissing me off.

I was just thinking what I would do if I got kira's powers. Not kill criminals obviously, even if it is effective. Maybe you could use the controlling actions thing to let terminally ill patients go out however they want. Or stop wars and stuff by killing government people. But I don't think I could do that without destabilizing the world internationale.
You could prolong the lives of the terminally ill with the Death Note. Just as eliminating the war-hungry bastards would bring nothing but peace.
