Relax your forehead. Unclench the jaw. Let the tongue float instead of being stuck to the roof of your mouth. Drop the shoulders. Begin to bring your focus to your breath. Consciously inhale and exhale. Are you taking your breath down into your belly? Feel the air travel into you and down, practicing diaphragmatic breathing. Feel the air travel out of you, exhaling slowly and patiently. Take this moment to concentrate on the sounds around you. What do you hear? Allow the environment and its sounds envelope you without being attached to any particular thing you hear. And breathe. Just breathe. Nice and deeply. Use this anytime you require a moment for yourself.
