CIRCUITBOARD DRAGONS
WHERE DO I GET ONE OF THESE MAGICAL THINGS!?
Quote from Stephen King.
someone: what are your coping methods?
me: *looks up from sea of tears and impulsive texts* um
in orchestra:
bassoonist: *squeaks almost all the notes in their solo*
conductor: *stops conducting*
conductor: ok bassoon, what is the problem???
bassoonist: oh yeah sorry my reed is dying
conductor: oh yeah i get it
conductor: after hearing that solo
conductor: part of me is dying too
I’m not sure I’ve ever related to a post so much.
me: sad because I’m not productive

hello, i'm quite new to all this studyblr stuff...but i am starting my second semster and if you're not too busy would you be able to link to me to some notetaking methods for uni?? thank you sooo much in advance! happy holidays to you as well!!
i’m not in uni, so i’m not quite sure how things work there… (though i’ll know in a year). in the meantime, can i recommend the cornell method? heard it’s good.
As someone who has been in uni for many years... #gradschoollife :P... I highly suggest taking scratch notes in lecture (in shorthand or cursive or whatever is speedy) and rewriting them later. Those professors will FLY through material and skip steps on proofs and whatnot so sitting down after class and rewriting will not only solidify your memory of the subject, you can fill in gaps and answer most of your own questions. And then in math and science classes especially I like to use a colored felt tip pen with a black ballpoint pen. Anything written on the board or from the book goes in felt tip. All comments made by the profeesor, your peers, or by you in reviewing goes in ballpoint so if you have to ask the professor later about something, you immediately know where what you wrote came from! And if for any reason you have to copy or scan them, that difference in pen types will still be obvious so it's great if your friends need notes for something. I hope this sounds useful!
With how crazy low my iron and blood pressure are right now, there's no way it's safe for me to participate in the #womensmarchonwashington tomorrow. My love and thoughts are with all of you that make it there and I'll keep my eyes peeled on the news for safety updates y'all may need ❤️🇺🇸 #standstrongstandtogether ✊ Be safe out there everyone, and show them we are not afraid #nolitetebastardescarborundorum #marchingwithme #chronicallyill #thispussygrabsback
