An Miss Penegrine's Home For Peculiar Children AU where the Madrigal kid's gifts are peculiar. Abuela Alma is Miss Alma Penegrine. They relive the same day of Casita cracking by using the camera that sends them back to the morning of the same day, repeating the day. Julieta and Pepa will discover this Peculiar Casita, as they're curious what happens there.

Hello hello! I will say, I have seen the movie, and I liked it! I don't wanna dwell too long, so let's get into it!
Encanto x Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children
Alma/Abuela - Time Manipulation, ability to shapeshift into a Accipitridae (Hawk to be specific)
Isabela: Plants (She has constant thorns covering her body)
Dolores: Ultra-Sensitive Hearing (Literally pains her if she doesn’t cover her ears)
Luisa: Super Strength (She can’t control it)
Camilo: Scary Face (Mask to hide it)
Mirabel: Aerokinetic (She can’t control her weight)
Antonio: Bees living in his stomach (He wears a beekeepers mask)
In this AU, it takes place after Casita has fallen. Alma and her grandkids are stuck in a time loop where Casita is always falling. Every day, right before Casita is about to crack and fall, Alma will go outside of Casita, take a photo, and reset the day to that same morning.
Alma watches over her grandchildren. It took her a couple loops, but she learned to be happy. Even with doing the same thing everyday, if it was for her nietos, she would continue to do it. Over time, Alma learned patience and forgiveness. She never pressured her grandkids, and just let them be…kids. Let them be their age. Not that she had a choice. Mentally and physically, they were stuck at that age, just like how she was stuck in her 70’s.
One thing about Alma is that after they got stuck in the loop, she never opened her eyes. After so many, the others forgot what they looked like. Her eyes are no longer a honey brown—they’re more white, but not like a Wight—her pupils are black, but they are shaped like an aim on a gun. This enables her to get a perfect shot whenever she needs to shoot down a Hollowgast or a Wight…
Isabela learned to let loose. She often shows Alma her new plants, which Alma happily lets her plant around the house. But her Gift falters within the time loop and occasionally she loses control; she also has thorns constantly covering her body.
Dolores invested more in reading and drawing, and loves to draw with Antonio and Luisa. Her Gift has enhanced greatly, and now she constantly wears earmuffs (courtesy of Alma and Mirabel), but even then, it's still pretty loud.
Luisa takes a lot more breaks and relaxes a lot more, often napping with Camilo or Isabela. She has to wear metal/rubber gauntlets to reduce her strength because her control has declined.
Camilo plays around when he wants to, mostly hanging out with Mirabel and Antonio. His Gift acted up and contorted his face deformed and scary to look at, so now he wears a mask. He doesn’t really wear it around close family because they think he looks fine, but when Julieta and Pepa are there, he almost never takes it off.
Mirabel invested a lot more into sewing and embroidery. Both her and Alma spend quality time together by just sitting and sewing. Alma actually allowed Mirabel to sew onto everyone’s clothes so they could be more unique. She also found out she could manipulate the air around her. She became light as air, which kind of backfired; she’s now tethered to a lead ball and she has to roll it around or get Luisa to help her move it.
Antonio is a playful child who loves his family. He’s mostly around Mirabel, Camilo or Dolores, but sometimes he spends time with Abeula by just beekeeping with her. Antonio has bees living in his stomach. He doesn’t know why, but he doesn’t really care either; they’re nice, they talk to him, and they provide honey for him and his family.
One day, Julieta and Pepa found the remains of Casita. Everyone says that there was a huge crash that killed the original owner and all of her grandchildren, sometime in late May of 19XX. They don’t know why, but they feel compelled to come back. So they do—and they see a little boy dressed in yellow, with a white hat on his head, while surrounded by bees. The boy looks at them before calling a name that makes them both run after him.
“Mirabel!” he called out, more bees emerging from his...mouth?
He was calling a name that Julieta recognized. Both chased after him as he ran, bees buzzing behind him. He hops a river and runs up a hill to a broken down house. The two hesitate, until they hear an unholy sound from behind them. Suddenly the boy runs back, ushering them to cross the river. That’s when they finally crossed and were met with the beautiful sight of Casita.
The boy (who he reveals his name to be Antonio,) guides them inside where they are met with Mirabel and Luisa. The two girls greet them and guide them to the main living area where the other children were all painting. The 2 women are stumped as they watch each child introduce themselves. These were their children that went missing 5 years ago. They express their confusion and Isabela and Dolores explain that they’ve been stuck in a time loop.
“Should we introduce them to Abuela?” Luisa asks, adjusting her gauntlets.
This surprises Julieta and Pepa. They would like to meet this “Abuela” character. For the time being, the 2 stay with the children, awkwardly sitting around while the children interact. They hear a loud bang and the children are excited, all of them yelling,
“¡Abuela has come back!” the children yelled cheerfully.
A large Hawk swooped in, shedding its feathers and revealing a elderly woman. The woman looked at the other 2 in front of her. The kids hurriedly and eagerly introduced their new friends that came to visit them. Alma recognizes them. But she doesn’t want to overwhelm them. After the kids excitedly asked her if they could stay for dinner, she finally gave in.
“Please, won’t you stay for dinner at our wonderful Casita?
