on the one hand it must be sooooooo crazy to bring this guy in for what seems like it was originally written to be a two-scene part as an evil ex-boyfriend being questioned who is creepy and a stalker but nonetheless a red herring for what's actually going on case-wise and then you think he's so awesome and love having him on set so much that you rewrite the back half of your season to give him three more episodes because you're so excited to have him around doing what he can do and then AFTER you do all that, this canadian gay hockey show he shot comes out and he basically overnight becomes one of the two most famous people in the world for a specific but not inconsiderable slice of the population. on the other hand it's so funny that because this is criminal minds what this translates to in practice is that connor storrie's first episode ends with him unconscious and getting locked in the trunk of a car
