trans women have the same rates for violence and rape as cis men, and if cis women are violent towards trans people, why do trans women want to share with us? why not advocate for a separate gender neutral bathroom? but they dont and ive not seen a single trans man say they want to be able to use mens bathrooms, which i don’t think is a coincidence. yes, something needs to be done to protect trans women from men in bathrooms, but risking the safety of women isn’t an answer and shows how little trans women care about their ‘cis-ters’, because if people can chose whichever bathroom they ‘identify’ with, then men can take advantage of this and go into female bathrooms without questioning, as if rape and assault wasn’t common enough in public bathrooms.
