My name’s Ri, he/him, I’m 22, I’m a bisexual trans guy and a connoisseur of fandoms. I definitely need therapy because I am fucked but my bank account is just as fucked so instead I shitpost. I potentially have ADHD but my parents never wanted to get me tested because they “don’t want to put a label on me” so I got stuck with a life of knowing I’m different but not knowing why. the thing is that childhood doesn't just end when you turn 18 or when you turn 21. it's going to end dozens of times over. your childhood pet will die. actors you loved in movies you watched as a kid will die. your grandparents will die, and then your parents will die. it's going to end dozens and dozens of times and all you can do is let it. all you can do is stand in the middle of the grocery store and stare at freezers full of microwave pizza because you've suddenly been seized by the memory of what it felt like to have a pizza party on the last day of school before summer break. which is another ending in and of itself

I’m not sure I want to live in this world anymore, we seem to be going backwards and I feel like many countries will follow in the US’s footsteps and so many of us LGBTQ+ people are going to lose the rights that we’ve fought so hard to get. I just can’t see a future anymore and it depresses me, but I can’t talk about this to anyone because they’ll all just think I’m being dramatic but I genuinely don’t know what to do with myself and feel like I’m on borrowed time.
