The UPdate!
Hey everyone. It’s been YEARS since I’ve been on here. Simply put -- I’ve been busy. I’m still in Tampa but since my last post, I got certified as a Personal Trainer through NASM & also got my Performance Enhancement Specialization.
Additionally, I am currently working on artwork for the remastering of my first two albums as a double album called Part 1 - Old Ron. It will be available via streaming, as well as digital purchases.
