Strength and mobility in vulnerable positions! 🔑 • Of course just being flexible is good but the key to athleticism and injury prevention is maintaining strength and mobility in these vulnerable positions. This is why I tend not to hold too many static stretches and instead have stretching sequences or movements that I like.
