I do free tarot readings on Sundays(tips are appreciated, leaving a review/tagging me in a review on my page is mandatory.)

Astrology readings will NEVER EVER be free, ESPECIALLY LOVE READINGS. I do not want to do them for free, I do not enjoy doing them for free because they take hours!!!!! Literally 6-8 hours straight of looking between a chart(s) saying what I need to out loud, recording it, and then typing it all out in order to keep things organized, ALL WHILE STILL LOOKING AT YOUR CHART AND ADDING ON ANYTHING I MISSED.

This is why i ask for people to BOOK with me, so I can organize specific days dedicated to my work.

I want to mention, this is why I also have a hard time trying to open up doing rituals and candlework and etc, because this also requires specific days, moon phases, times, astrological events and etc! This is very hard work and I should be compensated for my time. Fun fact: im a parent! Two kids!! Boy and a girl, you know how much mess they get into? Yeah.

Sometimes I will do tarot readings for free, especially if we’re friends or close(or service for service), but it’s not something I want ANYONE taking advantage of.

Outside of being taught all these things, I also had to pay for books to learn further knowledge, travel, experience, cultivate my craft. Just because I’ve been doing this since childhood and it’s in my blood? Doesn’t mean I should do it for free, nor does it mean I should be taken advantage of!

But what does poor mean to me? There are different types of poor and people use the word differently.

A poor person is a person who will not receive help

Now you can say, a poor person; is a person who is financially unstable, or homeless, or whatever the case maybe. But for me? I climbed my way up out the dirt(adding support from my man and his family later on!) when my son was born, he put that fire underneath me to make sure he’s always happy. As we spend time together? If you happen to live in a area where being trans might be unsafe as well, that only doubles the danger. So, some must be discreet. 

I want to preface this by saying: i am not a medical professional, i am simply a spiritualist with knowledge of herbalism and lots of personal experience dealing with hormonal imbalances as a black person, these are methods that have affirmed me in my gender, as well as aided me in my journey to love myself overall.

Estrogen Herbs and ways of usage: 

Black Cohosh - Binds to estrogen receptors/Manages symptoms caused by low estrogen: Pill, Tea

Spearmint - Lowers excess testosterone: Tea, Topical

Red Clover - plant based form of estrogene: Tea

Red Raspberry Leaf - Tones pelvic area: Tea

Testosterone Herbs and ways of usage:

Pine Pollen - Bioidentical testosterone: Tea or in food

Saw Palmetto - helps keep free testosterone in the body: Pill, food

Maca Root - Boosts testosterone: food, pill

Ginseng  - boosts natural testosterone: consumable.

I suggest all those who do plan to use these herbs also know that; it is essential to monitor your kidney and liver function, and to advise a doctor(dont have to tell them EVERYTHING) with your blood levels. I would like to disclaim that with bathtub estrogen, it’s actually more harmful than herbal alternatives! Improper dosing, impurity levels, etc. it’s just best to give a completely safe alternative to everyone who might not have access for that.

This is also for people who have state regulations against certain drugs, as well. There is no specific dosage for these things because they work in small amounts, with consistency, it can provide change.

I also stated that as a person who has a hormonal Imbalance and takes herbal T Boosters (due to discretion) that this worked for me! May not work for others and I have previously studied the affects. I’m not 100% on how this might specifically work for trans women, as this as mostly been tested by multiple transmen and one trans woman that I knew.

Hey! Thanks for information🫶🏾I didn’t know about bathtub estrogen before this!

I would like to disclaim that with bathtub estrogen, it’s actually more harmful than herbal alternatives! Improper dosing, impurity levels, etc. it’s just best to give a completely safe alternative to everyone who might not have access for that.

This is also for people who have state regulations against certain drugs, as well. There is no specific dosage for these things because they work in small amounts, with consistency, it can provide change.

I also stated that as a person who has a hormonal Imbalance and takes herbal T Boosters (due to discretion) that this worked for me! May not work for others and I have previously studied the affects. I’m not 100% on how this might specifically work for trans women, as this as mostly been tested by multiple transmen and one trans woman that I knew.

How to survive a system out to get you.

As a spiritualist, i believe it is one of our jobs to help marginalized people in our community. With the current world’s climate, i want to encourage those who have the privilege to help those; whos rights are being attacked by the government. I allow anyone to translate this to any language that they speak, as this information may help those who aren't out yet. 

There are 30 states that have passed anti-trans bills in 2026, that affect gender affirming care; not just for trans people, but people who have issues accepting their body, PERIOD. Places like: Maryland, West Virgina, Indiana, and etc, are trying to sign off on anti trans bills. If you happen to live in a area where being trans might be unsafe as well, that only doubles the danger. So, some must be discreet. 

I want to preface this by saying: i am not a medical professional, i am simply a spiritualist with knowledge of herbalism and lots of personal experience dealing with hormonal imbalances as a black person, these are methods that have affirmed me in my gender, as well as aided me in my journey to love myself overall.

Estrogen Herbs and ways of usage: 

Black Cohosh - Binds to estrogen receptors/Manages symptoms caused by low estrogen: Pill, Tea

Spearmint - Lowers excess testosterone: Tea, Topical

Red Clover - plant based form of estrogene: Tea

Red Raspberry Leaf - Tones pelvic area: Tea

Testosterone Herbs and ways of usage:

Pine Pollen - Bioidentical testosterone: Tea or in food

Saw Palmetto - helps keep free testosterone in the body: Pill, food

Maca Root - Boosts testosterone: food, pill

Ginseng  - boosts natural testosterone: consumable.

I suggest all those who do plan to use these herbs also know that; it is essential to monitor your kidney and liver function, and to advise a doctor(dont have to tell them EVERYTHING) with your blood levels. It also doesn't hurt to consult with someone who specializes in gender affirming care, find clinics with informed consent models.

Wether transitioning with herbs or modern medicine, you are still navigating a major life event that'll permanently alter you. Please, keep your community informed and if you can seek counseling, please do! Never forget that you matter, and you are real, and so is everything youre going through.
